Laryna's felt workshops and fiber craft demonstrations

Get creative with colourful and natural wool fibers

I love fiber craft and in particular I enjoy felt making! I like to share my skills and experience in fiber craft with anybody being interested. That's why I run regular felt classes and one off felt workshops and demonstrate fiber craft.

Originally trained as a hand weaver and art therapist, I have 35 years of experience teaching individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels in fiber craft and art in workshops, classes, at craft events, community events, health projects and in schools. If you want to invite me to run a workshop or teach felting, spinning and weaving, please feel free to contact me.
Would you like to have a go on some felt making using colourful wool fibers? It’s fun, relaxing and confidence building, plus can give you extra assets for your work and home life.

Felt workshops in Glasgow and surroundings:
Needle felt workshops in Bishopbriggs,  Wednesday mornings 10-11.30am every 2 weeks in Glasgow/Bishopbriggs
In a relaxed atmosphere we use colourful wool fibers to needle felt fairies, gnomes, ornaments, creatures, animals, jewellery or anything what's possible with this technique. You will learn how to use a felting needle to make a dry felt.

It's a lovely bunch of creative felters, open for a chat and new people, who can join any time. We enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while felting the fluffy sheep's wool into something beautiful.
Sessions can be booked separately. Please book in advance.
Price: £7 for regular participants; drop in and the first 3 workshop sessions: £9.
Venue: Glasgow/Bishopbriggs (near the train station and Bishopbriggs town centre).
